A Student Innovation Challenge brought to you by the
Association for Talent Development - Los Angeles Chapter
MISSION OVERVIEW
HELP WITH THE TALENT REVOLUTION!

Between high attrition, adapting to changes in the workforce, and dealing with disengaged employees, it’s been a challenging year for TeleBots Corporation. Much of this has to do with going fully remote for the past 2 years and the company needs your help!
Use elements from the Talent Development Capability Model™, developed by the Association of Talent Development and create a Talent Revolution Strategy that meets the goals of TeleBots to increase employee happiness, productivity, and retention while creating a hybrid model remote workforce.
You will be given a fictitious budget to spend toward L&D initiatives, as you prepare your Talent Revolution Strategy and pitch it to TeleBots' management team.
You will go “undercover” and learn about what’s happening at TeleBots to identify factors driving the low metrics. Each employee you meet will express their own concern to “tip” you off on possible areas to focus on improving, as you build your Talent Revolution Strategy.

Can you keep employees happy, productive, and retained at TeleBots while adapting the company to a remote workforce?
